Choosing a dentist and taking care of your oral health is a personal decision. You want a dentist you can talk to, learn from and feel good about visiting. It is best not to wait until a toothache or another emergency hits. Find a dentist as soon as you move to a new area.
NOTE: The NSDA does not keep a list of practices accepting new patients, nor can it refer a member of the public to a particular dentist. Patients are encouraged to call individual practices to confirm if they accept new patients and offer the services you require.
