It is important to note that as specified in the descriptor of the new sub-class 99900 Provision of additional personal protective equipment required by the COVID-19 pandemic, per appointment, the services coded as 99901 and 99902 only include the provision of the PPE, either for AGP or NAGP. They exclude any consideration of the time required for donning and doffing or for that matter of any fallow time required between the uses of an operatory.
